As part of a total "refresh" of this commerical complex in downtown Phoenix, the owners and property managers asked for a new identity to coordinate with all of the architectural and landscape improvements. The landlord takes great interest in individual tenants and wants the environment to reflect his caring nature. This logo highlights the property’s prominent water features, which create a sense of serenity in a busy day.
